Computers are everywhere, and they aren’t the huge investment they used to be. It’s virtually unheard of a business not having a computer somewhere within the company. If an individual doesn’t have a computer at home, people think they’re weird. Because they are!

So, you’ve spent the money, installed the computers (shame on you! You did all that without calling me first?????), and now you’re wondering if you’re getting your money’s worth from them.

This is where I come into the picture. I will meet with you and get an overview of your business, what you’re doing, and what you want to do. I listen to your frustrations. I talk with the other people in the company and find out what they do and how they’re doing it. I listen to their frustrations. I'll bet they'll tell me they're frustrated with you because they don't have the right technology! So, you'll already be getting brownie points with them.

I then disappear for an unknown length of time and do some research and then come back and give you suggestions on how you can get better use of your technology, or what you should buy or replace. Many businesses practice false economy and hang onto their computers until they no longer turn on. I’ve actually walked into a new client’s office and found one of their workers sitting there on a ten year old computer running Windows 98! They would click on a program and then go get coffee while it loaded. Imagine how much salary was being wasted with that slow computer! I help you not step over dollars to try and save pennies.

The computer industry is a bewildering and fast-paced industry. It is hard for ME to keep up with all that’s going on and it’s my job. Your job is to run your business, not keep up with mine.
